Supporting your healing through Self-Care

One of the most important things we can do to take care of our mental and emotional health is to practice self care.

 

Building your toolkit of coping skills and self care can look like going for a daily walk, sitting in the sun, reading a book, calling or connecting with someone, mindful breathing, imagery, or having a shower.
